Since when does locking/unlocking a car control the windows?

It was a high dollar car as when they showed the hose they also showed a gas cap on top of the fender.It may have been a Jaguar on Saab.I'm not sure if those have window button on the remote like they can start a car also.

Okay so I just learned that some locks open the windows as well.
