I really liked the movie. But... how can he just walk back free to his very ordinary life after the carnage and destruction he made?? The damage to the store, the massacred bodies, the multiple witness that could spot him there?

I thought that his high placed friends maybe could have helped him with this but it seems like a very complicated thing to cover up.

i assumed he faked his death, again, but then Chloë Grace Moretz recognized him in what looked like San Fran

After he did everything else, it seemed like he could do anything he wanted. Like Steven Seagal, just kinda never struggled that much. And then when it was over, just go back to your family, the old diner. That’s like an old legend thing though. In westerns and other hero stories, you have the guy who comes out of the shadows to save the day.
