McCall was very definitely OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder); bringing his own tea bag to a café, timing everything on his watch, the rearranging of everything on that guy's desk to right angles, the repeated opening and closing of the door before he locked it, the scrupulous "living like a monk" conditions of his apartment etc.
