That slow motion explosion
That one where he walks away from the explosion all bad ass in slow mo, why doesn't more movies do this? This was so unique and original and my favorite part of the movie.

shareI really like that sequence, especially when the tanker explodes. It's intense how the tanker's side warps first, and the sound effects are perfect.
shareThat one where he walks away from the explosion all bad ass in slow mo, why doesn't more movies do this? Are you being serious here? Heaps of movies have this sort of sequence. I think it's becoming rather clichéd myself. It's surprising no one ever seems to be worried about being hit my shrapnel.🐭 share

It was visually spectacular. If they are going to explode oil tankers, they should stretch those effects out. But I was slightly distracted by the flying debris. How was none of it
hitting Robert and how come he didn’t seem at all concerned about protecting his head?
Ya that would have been a stoopid way to die - by shrapnel, cause you're trying to look cool - for no one.
shareI thought it looked great. Made me wonder how much they spent on that sequence.
shareYeah it's such an original concept. Never seen it done in any action movie ever.
