I miss the TV show were he was a middle aged Brit, with a Walther PPK, and he was a detective, avenger, type in New York.
I think if the movie did a version with Idris Elba, in New York, and he was still an ex-spy it would have been better. But that's just me.
Yes Idris Elba would be a good casting choice -
