No crime? You mean the part where they blew up the first floor, and destroyed the cameras, and incited panic, and took hostages - none of those are crimes? This movie was a joke. It's obvious they didn't know where to go, so they had to rush the ending to hide the plot holes.
Did anyone else notice Denzel's last conversation with the bank owner was heavily edited? They stuck in a picture of his hand with a ring on his middle finger, and slowed down the video to make it look like he's saying "this ring". Then the picture of his hand awkwardly moves down off the screen, and they stuck in more audio about him researching the ring. All of the conversation about the ring was added in post-processing, and wasn't part of the original conversation.
Clearly they had some serious issues with the plot, tone, etc that they didn't realize until after filming wrapped up.
