I mean of all the years for both of them to go on their own separate killing spree, they chose the same year, right down to only an hour or two in difference! Agnes decides to start the killing spree before Billy has even broken out of jail. Then he breaks out of jail and returns to the house, killing people as well. I'm assuming they haven't been communicating, so I guess it's just a ginormous coincidence.

That's actually something I found hilarious in Halloween 4 is that they wait until the day before Halloween to transport Michael Myers from the hospital (and surprise surprise, he escapes!). Like of all days out of the year, they REALLY just had to do it on October 30th? hehe

''They are not your family Agnes and your brother isn't here'' to which Agnes replies ''No, my daddy is (Billy is her father at the same time) so that's implying that yes, they were together at this.
She could have visited him at the institution.
