Why the Low rating ? This was a really good Slasher with some gruesome kills,I really liked this Movie.I Watch this in Cinema years ago,a really underrated slasher.

Agreed. Aside from the cinema part. (I don't believe that my local flea pit screened the film). I bought the region 1 U.S. version simply because I couldn't wait for the U.K. release which I think was delayed. I have since purchased the region 2 DVD, which, amazingly, has a 15 certificate. I do love both versions of the slasher. The trailer made the film look GREAT. The film is still brilliant without the trailer scenes.

Hmm, well, you are allowed to like it of course, but low rating is probably because it's a bad movie.

I love horror genre, I am even fond of slasher genre, but this was just bad for both.

I loved this movie. The gore was great, and had some brutal scenes.

I gave it a 7. It doesn't have half the atmosphere and suspense of the original but it is still a fun film. I don't regret watching it at all. It took me 9 years to finally see it but I'm glad I did.

I have a weird love/hate relationship with this.

It's not perfect, but it's not a bad slasher movie at all. Looking back on it, most of the things I've nitpicked about were things that were out of Glen's control and he's expressed the same disappointment I have (ex: amazing scenes that ended up only being used to promote the movie).

I think 4.5 is a little harsh. I'd give it at least a 7.5, unless that's just me being generous and how I grew up watching things that most of the actors were in, so I have a soft spot for them (especially Michelle and Lacey).
