Atleast a solid 5.9-6.6.

I don't get the hate. For one it's a remake that stayed R rated. Two it was campy fun and the characters all played their parts well. I love anything Mary Elizabeth Winstead is in. She is my favorite and I am sad she dies in this. I figured since she was Prude-ish. The only thing I would fix is the pacing and add about 20 minutes of story and character building. Also I would have had both Leigh and Melissa live along with Kelly since they were smart and strong females which we don't really see. Also I would have had shown Lauren's death. Other than that I love this and is definitely a holiday must watch for the season.

Yeah. I agree. This remake so does not deserve all the hate it gets. I love Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

Katie Cassidy I could do without.

Lacey Chabert should have been the lead.

Oliver Hudson should have lived.

Michelle Trachtenberg aka Buffy's 'sister' should have been dispatched in a much more cruel and vicious death.

Possibly have the sorority house get all blown up in a truly spectacular explosion.

Very eloquent response.

I think the movie deserves at least a 6 too. I liked how it fleshed out the backstory and added new elements. The gore was cool but all happened a bit too fast.
