Berlin Express (1948) Robert Ryan, Merle Oberon ... like this but much better.
When I started watching The Good German I thought I was watching a movie I'd seen before, because it is so similar in scenes, atmosphere, plot and action. But Berlin Express is much better ... for one thing it makes sense.
