Robin Weigert did a great job as the 'other' prostitute

shareI have to agree. The only other role I knew her from was as Calamity Jane on "Deadwood". The roles here could hardly be more opposite. In fact, I wasn't even sure it was her until that scene in the house where she was lit differently than in the nightclub.
I probably wouldn't even have spotted her then but for seeing her name in the opening credits.
The movie was so dull that we talked all the way through the "mood building" noir parts. I remember perking up when she was snarfing the ham and making her salient points. She was realer than real and the ONLY bright spot in this movie. Sadly, there wasn't enough of her to save it. RIP Good German.
share I was unfamiliar with her so I'm cool with the fact I ID'd her as a non-German. She was good though and look great.
As for the film it was different ... and I'm pleased I saw it.
