Imagine The Triangle was picked up to be the next prime time 24 episode sci-fi drama. What do you think the first season's arc might be, given the ending of this miniseries? Would it be possible?

It would never be picked up, because it was designed as a miniseries. They closed the triangle, there's nothing left to do.
