Perhaps I need To See This More Then Once...?

I just finished watching this 6 hour mini-series. I don't know if maybe I'm not smart enough to wrap my head around the subject matter, or if this thing genuinely sucked ass. I will give it the benefit of a doubt. I LOVED Lost, and I had to watch the first two seasons a few times before I had a grasp of what was going on... "The Triangle" really felt kinda "Losty"...

But MAN... "Triangle" had one convoluted plot!

I finished watching this yesterday with my children. It was aired as one tv movie. The explanations they offered, are actually part of many real theories about the Bermuda triangle. It used to fascinate me as a teenager and when I was in my twenties. Now I mostly lost interest.

I was quite surprised this film, or actually series, excists. I recorded it more out of curiosity about how they approached this, than real interest in the subject matter. I expected to watch a part and then just delete it.

The movie was better than I had expected, it was all right for what it was. And easy to follow for me, probably because I used to read a lot about the different explanations and other places on earth with similar stories. (there is one near Japan, for example)

Convoluted? Navy builds big machine to end the Bermuda Triangle not realising it was their machine that created it. I just summed it up in a sentence...
