WW can fly? (spoilers ahead)
So... she can fly, right? When she defeat Ares she was flying I think. And at the very end she also fly. When she obtain that power? It was when Ares hit her with the lighting?

shareOne idea:
"In the beginning, both Superman and Wonder Woman could not fly but once airplanes became very common, their powers had to be upgraded to keep up with human technology. "

Very early incarnations of superman had him not flying, but jumping very high and far. Remember "leap a tall building in a single bound." It was explained that since Earth's gravity was so much less than Krypton's, he was stronger and could jump higher. Later, they threw all that out the window and made him . . . well, Superman . . . basically whatever magic was necessary for the particular story.
shareAs for Suoerman, they made him fly simply because it looked silly having him bouncing around when they started animating him in the 40ies... so the story goes that the animators called Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, and asked if they could change this... they said yes. So Superman learned how to fly simply because it looked cooler.
Ps:
Wonder Woman flew on the JLU cartoon. But I think she was only able to fly here when she was supercharged with Ares' power. It suggests though that she could learn how to fly if she learns how to harness the power of the gods. I think the end shot was just her jumping, as she did frequently in the film. They have her at the original comic book Superman's power of jumping far and high, not flying, and what has also always been the comic book Hulk's ability.
shareDiana is just learning her true nature and the extent of her powers, and the big part of that revelation actually came when Ares used his powers through the Lasso to show her mental images, in an attempt to persuade her to join him.
The realization that she was effectively a Greek god herself awakened her full potential, demonstrated when she dealt the coup de grace to Area she called him "brother"
Hermes gave her special boots when she was a baby.
Demeter, Goddess of Agriculture, lent WW the ability to heal faster.
