Does anyone know who that older gentleman who showed up outside Edith's dressing room just before she sings her final "Je ne regrette rien" was?
Several of us were going crazy trying to figure this out.

shareThat was the piano player and song writer who was defending her from Asso - if you remember, she was the one saying that they needed to take a break, etc when he was constantly chewing on her performance. I believe that Piaf had a romantic relationship with Asso that was not really portrayed in the movie. I am almost 100% sure that is her!
