nope. he was not. he was just a guy that was at the party and lost with her. if you listen to his french mumbling. victoria also asks him a couple times 'were you at the party? did you get lost too?' and he says 'oui'

sharegood theory but that's a different guy. he's one of the sister's friends. looks like henri but not him. if you look closely henri's standing at the bar next to Victoria when she first goes to get water at the bar. he's just a party goer.

I had to leave the room, I saw him get hurt, and she tried to help
him up and then left him. Did anything happen wiht him after that?

there's kinda two answers to this question. in the version being released now Victoria steals the map and tries to make it out of the catacombs but gets lost, walks in one huge circle and stumbles back onto Henri was is--understandably--pretty pissed off. they fight and Victoria knocks him out with the flashlight.
in a subsequent and better cut of the movie, Victoria runs away and leaves Henri alone. that's the last we see of him, but when she realizes the whole scare was a prank, Henri's the first thing she thinks of. as if to suggest that she immediately realizes that he died (or is going to die) for no reason.
they're interaction, btw, is my favorite part of the film too.
