Can anyone tell me

...more movies like this!?

My mom, dad, and I watched this together not too long ago and loved it. I was wondering what are some more enjoyable family comedies?

Thanks.

I was going to suggest NATIONAL LAMPOON'S VACATION as a funnier version of this movie, but then I noticed you said FAMILY comedies.

So... I guess you can disregard this irrelevant post :)

Put it on the Underhills' tab...

Funny, RV came on TV just a few minutes ago. Now what is playing right after it on CMT? Ntnl' Lampoon's Vacation.

I like anything Pixar. They are family friendly, and don't patronize adults. They are just as entertaining for people of all ages... very well written! If you like movies with this sort of scenery in it, take a look at Open Season (forest scenes) and Cars (Arizona style scenery). If you are looking for good adventure flicks, check out Up.

Holy cats... I thought Up was soooooo sad!! My daughter and I cried thru most of it. Grandkids liked it, tho.

I thought that the movie was rather funny and enjoyable to watch.

Try "The Long, Long Trailer." It was made in about 1954 and starred Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. It has many similarities to "RV" (travelling cross country in a huge recreational vehicle and the trials that arise from that), but I personally feel that it is funnier than "RV." It is definitely a family comedy, a film that all ages can enjoy. Some people may find the 1950's style of movie making a bit corny, but if you can overlook that aspect you should enjoy it.
