S2E1 "The Damned Thing"

Based (very loosely) on an Ambrose Bierce short story from 1893. If you read the short, the episode Tobe Hooper made here doesn't really seem to be the same story, but could be thought of as a new story inspired by the Bierce one. Though if it didn't have the same title, and if a character didn't utter the phrase "The Damned Thing" in the episode, I'm not sure anybody would even make the connection. It (the story) has atmosphere but doesn't really amount to much. It's a very quick read and you can check it out here if anyone wants: http://www.ambrosebierce.org/damned.htm

Back to the episode, the best thing about it was probably the ending. Or at least the idea of it, that nobody gets away. That I liked, but otherwise I didn't think much of it at all. 5/10.
