Pick Me Up

Is this episode any good? Thoughts?

Pick Me Up is very good. One of the best of the series. I give it maybe 9/10 just because the ending could have been done slightly better. It's an extremely well-made episode, though.

The first episode I bought, very good, great special features (Mick Garris interviewing Larry Cohen when they were both much younger)...led me to buy more MOH, whenever I can get 'em for $3.

Pick Me Up is one of my favourite episodes, and I did like the

twist where the two killers are somewhat in competition with each other. It made the episode more funny and interesting .

it was great until the ending (didn't like the ending at all)

When there's no more room in hell, The dead will walk the earth...

Not much of a fan, myself, though I did enjoy it slightly more upon a second viewing. (So many people love this episode I decided to give it another chance.)

I think it needed less middle and more ending and more payback.

I was trying to figure out where they filmed it. On the road up to one of the ski hills above Vancouver, since one of the interviews refers to it being on a mountain? I didn't recognize the "Trading Post" diner or the motel locations.

I really don´t know why so many people seem to like this one. I found it extremely predictable (and I haven´t read the short story) and very boring. It has a nice premise but the result IMO is pretty lame. 4/10.
The best thing about "Pick me Up" is Michael Moriartys (unintentionally) hilarious interview in the DVD-extras ...

Probably my favorite episode overall. The story was really cool, Michael Moriarty was great in it, and I'm a big Fairuza Balk fan, so that probably helped too.
