Ok at the end the guy shot what turned out to be Komo i'm guessing right.
I'm like wtf I thought she was dead the whole time show was that disfigured woman actually komo the whole time or what.

No. In the end, after several altered stories, she admitted that she killed Komomo after the others tortured her. At first she gives the impression of a mercy killing, then finally said she did it because Komomo was kind to her and she could not bear kindness.
Supposedly her deformity was because her parents were brother and sister.
He saw Komomo in the end because he was just losing it by then. He was hallucinating, like he did in the end with the fetus in the bucket.
The wild, cruel animal is not behind the bars of a cage. He is in front of it.
