Recommend me good episodes

Can anyone recommend me horror films/TV or MoH season 2 episodes similar to:

1. Cigarette Burns
2. Fair Haired Child
3. Pick Me Up

Those are my 3 favorite episodes from season 1. I watched the first ep of season 2 "That Damned Thing" and it was terrible and I stopped watching. I also thought much of season 1 wasn't that good, and the Dance of the Dead and Chocolate were the worst episodes I've ever seen.

I don't want to waste my time watching any more crappy episodes so if you can recommend me good eps similar to the 3 above then I'd appreciate it.

have you seen pelts(argento) or imprint(miike)? those are the 2 best of the entire series i believe.

These are my favourites.

The Black Cat (has animal cruelty which disturbs me more than human personally)
Incident on and Off a Mountain Road (nice twist on otherwise worn out premise)
Deer Woman (easy going and quite funny episode)
Cigarette Burns (maybe the best episode of the whole lot)
The Fair Haired Child (innovative with use of b&w and has great creature)
Sounds Like (a different kind of episode more psychological horror)
Pelts (very gory)
Right to Die (worth it alone for the tits)

Sounds Like was one of the better ones in Season 2.

Cigarette Burns is very similar to John Carpenter's film "In The Mouth of Madness" starring Sam Neil. I'd say that was one of Carpenter's best.

David Cronenberg's "Videodrome" is a film with a similar sort of theme too...

The black cat is my #2 episode behind Cigarette Burns, but im a fan of poe so that might sway me. i really liked family as well. now those are episodes that i know lot of people liked. I really liked the The Screwfly Solution but that gets mixed reviews. I liked The Damned Thing but i think im one of the only ones. I think Cigarette Burns, the black cat, and Pick Me Up are by far the top three of both seasons.

Now if you want to stay away from boring episodes, do not watch pro-life,We All Scream for Ice Cream, or The Washingtonians, I guess i didnt hate them but, they were pretty stupid. Also i realy hated sounds like but some people liked it, its another that gets mixed reviews. I also though Valerie on the Stairs, and right to die where good. Not quite as good as the others i brought up but good. IMO the rest of season two was ok at best.

Were there others that you really liked or didnt like. I think season 1 was better then season 2 myself since most of the episodes were good. I dint hate any of them but Haeckel's Tale, Imprint, sick girl, deer woman, and chocolate were pretty dumb, although when i say good, for dance of the dead, jenifer, and homecoming, its more like good but not great. i loved the rest of season 1.
