I reckon it is between Coach and Jesse. That is Craig T. Nelson's character and Romany Malco's.
It was never obvious to me.
I mean, I know the character Jesse might be gay but it wasn't till watching the breakfast scene, where Chaz describes himself as the illustrated man I noticed on the window a watercolour of Coach and Jesse with love hearts all around it and the picture on the fridge.
Know what I mean? ...
I never noticed. I just watched it & went back to that scene. I had never gotten the vibe that coach & Jesse were a couple or that coach was gay really.

It was actually stated in the trivia:
Although it is only referred to subtly throughout the film, the filmmakers intended for the characters of Coach (Craig T. Nelson) and Jesse (Romany Malco) to be understood as romantic, as well as professional, partners. Some indications of that include the stained glass window in the kitchen showing the Coach and Jesse together (surrounded by hearts) and the triangle-shaped rainbow ornament visible on their shelf during one scene.
I never really saw it or anything that hinted that the two were romantically involved. They just seemed like partners working to advise the pair of skaters.
That probably had to do with the editing. They might've cut out some parts that hinted more towards it
