Blades of Glory or Talladega Nights?

Alrighty then, which do you find is the better, more humorous movie? Talladega

Nights or Blades of Glory?

I believe that Blades in funnier. They are both hysterical but Talladega has

more ridiculous humor while B.O.G. had more clever witty humor that i

preferred.

SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK???

P.S. Anchorman blows both out of the water.

Blades of Glory. By the way has anyone noticed that Will Ferell seems to play the same kind of characters in all his movies? Just different professions whether it's a race car driver anchorman or ice skater? That's the genius though he makes them hilarious every single time.

Talledega Nights was a fairly terrible movie.

Blades of Glory was surprisingly decent, I was expecting something as bad as Nights but it ended up being pretty funny.

reply

Yeah, definitely thought Blades of Glory was much better. Talladega Nights just got really old fast. This one kept me laughing a lot though.

I am the phantom... My real name is Jerrryyyyy.

I agree Talladega Nights got boring really quickly.Blades of Glory was much better, though I agree with the original poster that Anchorman beats all of these movies.

see, i hated anchorman lol

i guess it comes down to the preference...not everyone finds the same things funny lol

loved blades of glory though!

reply

well Blades of Glory has more "high brow" humor than Anchorman

I've gotta say Talladega Nights. Ain't gonna lie, I love it.

Haha...Ricky Bobby all the way

"You gonna do somethin' boy...or just stand there and bleed?"

reply

They both suck. Add Anchorman and you've got three sucky movies. Don't bother calling me a moron or making sexual references about me and my mother--I won't be back to check.

reply

Talladega Nights, definitely. the Wills in Blades are the only funny characters, and the only reason i saw it.

reply

They both make me laugh harder than anything but I think Talladega is better. Blades is more fresh to me though, because I've seen Talladega atleast 30 times.

reply

BLADES OF GLORY!!! i can kind've relate to 'rallymonkey" in a different way, i've seen blades of Glory so many times its hard to count and I've seen Talladega Knight like 3 times. Plus, Blades of Glory has WAY MORE funnier jokes, and made me laugh in every scene. So my pick...Talladega..Just kidding Blades of Glory for sure.

First of all whoever posted Will Ferrell plays the same character in all his movies you are right (its always some pompus ass) the thing is, is that he over acts and he just looks stupid, he was tolerable in Anchorman but lets face it Paul Rudd and Steve Carrel stole that movie from him, Talladega Nights was just awful, it seem to have a interesting story but Ferrells over acting ruined any of the jokes, Blades of Glory however was better even though i thought both Ferrel and Heder were not very funny at all but the cast around them was soooo much better than in talladega nights (Will Arnet, Amy Phoeler, Jenna Fischer, Craig T. Nelson) what did nights have....John C. Reily?!

Will your are not Jim Carey you cant pull off the over acting like he can and be funny please stop it!!!!

reply

OH! Not even close Talladega Night was a good comedy. This movie totally blew....I don't think I laughed once.

I slightly prefer Talladega Nights, funniest movie of 2006 IMO.

Blades Of Glory, all the way. Talledega Nights was just stupid and unfunny, whereas Blades Of Glory was hilarious throughout.
