Just loved the X files theme when the camera panned to the images of the two.....ahem....presidents..gotta love a democrat...

J Edgar Hoover wasn't president, he was the original director of the FBI in 1935 and was the FBI'S director until 1972.

Plus Hoover was rumored to be a cross dresser, so it sort of fits in with baldy wanting that full body transplant.
