Some other Grade B movies include Click, Bruce Almighty, Derailed, etc.
Grade A movies would be: The Game, The Truman Show, The Others, Identitty, etc.
Grade D would be Collateral Damage.
Felt like a very long and very bad episode of 24.
shareI agree, the movie's been getting a LOT of negative feedback (I remember that I heard some people saying this was the "worst" movie ever), but it actually got me quite surprised!
7/10 from me, a pretty decent and entertaining action thriller!
Great performances from the leads, especially Kim Basinger and Eva Longoria!

i agree with you, the action was great, michael douglas was good, the reason why so many bash this movie is that they are comparing the whole movie to the 24 television series . now there are some similarities but i wouldn't go on as to say it's exactly like it either.

I agree with many of you guys...it's a great movie. People (especially the movie critics) have always had a thing against Michael Douglas. He was co-producer of this movie and did a wonderful acting job as well. Critics are pricks. Some great movies get panned because of the critics. It's a shame. I thought The Sentinel was a great thriller. The actors did ok...like I said, the critics always have to have a negative thing to say about Michael. He's always been an underrated actor, yet he's probably one of the best actors out there.
In my opinion, Michael did a much better job than Keifer in this movie.
