Michael Douglas looked so brittle when he tried to run

That is why I am glad A.M.C. had those story notes-he injured his knee and hamstring during the filming of those action scenes.
Some times they are a distraction but here; I get why he looked so bad.

Well it kind of fitted into the plot of him being a "senior, mature" secret service agent. It was clear that if they had kept running for much longer, Breckinridge would have chased him down, so he heads to the dry-docked ship.🐭
