Haha... i think so too... my gf only wanted to watch the movie when she saw eva was in it.. a housewives fan i might add. But i think she was in it for the male/teenage audience and for the Boys in Blue to admire and sexually harrase ;)

Not really, as the president's wife would've spilled the beans to David anyway. Her character was introduced like it would have a major role, but in the end it was a nothing part.

Well, I'm 19, technically a teenager lol, but I watched the film because the previews had Douglas being the perceived bad guy, I wanted to see how things would turn out...even though I knew it would end the same as all the others ( guy clears name, everything goes swell ). Eva was pretty damn hot in the previews too, however, I should add that I watched the film on my flight back home to Toronto from Calgary, and the only other two choices were 8 Below and Ice Age......soooo...
I was dissapointed there was no Eva nude scene though. I though that would have been the point of her being in the movie.

Yes, the movie would have been better if she'd been picked off by a sniper or something. She didn't add much to the movie (if anything) and I found her annoying after her second appearance.

I found her character to be offensive and faintly disturbing. It seemed to be as if she was just there because she's perceived to be "hot". She can't act and she was woefully miscast. What's up with Hollywood that in thrillers there always has to be a "little woman"? At least Kim Basinger's character managed to redeem females.
