When there isn't action, there's suspense. It's constantly moving and has a great rewatch factor.

It's definitely up there from the 2000s era. Incidentally the 15th anniversary is today.

I love everything about the entire series. Less for Legacy somewhat, it doesn't have the star power of the others. But all the internal politics and infighting taking place within the CIA is so compelling. Bourne himself is godlike as a spy as he plays inter-dimensional chess with his opponents, always 20 moves ahead. This is Matt Damon's best role and he'll likely never top it.
