Having just seen Ultimatum for the fourth time, I don't entirely agree.
At the very end, there is too much intercutting between Bourne in the water, Nicky in the caffee, and the news of the fallout of what has happened. Nicky's creepy smirk and Bourne swimming away was way too cheesy. They could have left some things opened and not spoon-fed us the ending.
