The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift, while a pretty bad movie, had some great chase scenes.

Wow, movies with chase scenes... there's so many.

Terminator 2, and 3 have some good chases.

There's a series of French movies called "Taxi".

"Driver", it actually doesn't have as much driving as one might expect, but what it does have is well executed.

"The Rock" has a fun chase in San Francisco with all the steep hills.

Pretty much any James Bond 007 movie.

The Matrix Reloaded, they built a mile or so of multi-lane highway just so they could do all their crazy stunts without interference.

If you're okay with one that is much more cartoonish watch Speed Racer.
