tapping phones illegal

Isnt tapping peoples phones illegal and you need permission from a judge/the courte to do it? How did they intercept that black briar phone call from that reporter? Why the law for tapping phones if nsa is breaking it all the time? Makes no sense. If thats how they are keeping us citizens safe then why is it illegal?

reply

If they are willing to murder reporters and foreign citizens, unlawful wiretapping is nothing

Look up "ECHELON" on wikipedia or elsewhere - That's the system that picked up on the conversation.
It wasn't a direct tap - just the NSA listening to *everything* and filtering out the conversations with interesting subjects.

I'm probably being sarcastic...

It is, and infact the entire organization CIA is the personification of illegal
and should be dismantled. Me personally would like each and everyone who's alive and tied to the CIA to have their history and life researched throroughly and
if any decisions are found that points towards performing or otherwise supporting
illegal activity, they should be sentence to death for crimes against the nation.
