Madrid is six hours ahead of New York, Mumbai is nine and a half hours. So unless he was in the Middle East, or Western Asia at some point during the events of Ultimatum, it was a goof.

I don't think that statement had anything to do with time zones. Instead it meant that it was nine hours since the last sighting of Bourne.

Stop feeling bad for the others. You can't help being the best.
