Reminds me somewhat of the Centaur from Fallout.

I was about to post something along those lines.

But I was actually thinking about the Master, from Fallout 1.

I thought maybe the movie makers got inspiration for their monster from Fallout, so I searched around a little on IMDB and the internet about it, but haven't found any mention of it yet

He reminds me of Ted Sorel as the mutated Dr.Pretorius in From Beyond.And the part where all the bodies meld together reminded me of the shunting scenes in Brian Yuzna's Society.This movie is definitely inspired by 80's horror and is all the better for it imo.

I agree, the body is very close to the one of the Centaur.

Also, Grant's face is similar to Belial Bradley's in Basket Case. Same difformity of the mouth and same sharp teeth.
