Slither (2006)

I caught this film on TV and I was surprised that it was as good as it was, simply because I had never heard of it. It is very, very gross, but also has some very funny dialogue and situations. You can definitely tell that the director/writer is a huge horror fan that knows what horror fans want, and in this film he delivers! It is a mix up between an alien and a zombie film that wears some of the old-school campy horror tone that should make any film like this enjoyable. Nathan Fillion and Elizabeth Banks are both superb and very enjoyable, and the film certainly has some scenes that will shock you by how nasty they are! Trust me, this is not a film that you eat through. All in all, a very entertaining and funny horror film.
