Needed More Nudity
It was really lacking it needed like every chick to get topless at least once it would of improved the movie a lot more entertaining: 6.5/10

i agree with the op here.
this movie was more of a throwback to alot of other horrors movies that used gratutious nudity. it makes perfect since to throw some taddies in.lord knows theres were more then enough times to.
coming to think of it, i think that might be my only gripe about this movie.Same with grindhouse(on the nudity thing).there was literally no nudity in that movie and they were trying to recreate the feeling of old grindhouse movies (which were chuckfull of that kind of exploitive behavoir.)
it just seems like they didnt want to go "all the way" like they did in the old days but yet love and try to do the same thing.
and im not some hornball.......ok maybe i am, but i dont think you need nudity to make movie......but it helps..haha. espicialy if your trying to recreate the "womb wich spawned it".

That was the point of the movie and by NOT showing topless women getting involved in stupid situations was a bad decision because that's exactly what the movie was A THROWBACK TO OLD HORROR FLICKS.
It seriously felt like something was missing throughout the whole film.
I totally agree with the OP. When watching the extras on the DVD they were saying how James Gunn loved the 80s horror movies and this was supposed to be a throwback to that. Well those movies always had some kind of nudity. I dont think Elizabeth Banks should have gotten naked because the main girl almost never did in those types of movies but the supporting girls almost always did. Its not about being a horny teenager its more about what you expect when you go to see a movie like this.

Agreed! I'm actually watching the film again now and your exact point crossed my mind. You couldn't watch a horror flick in the 80's without seeing at least three sets of boobs lol, maybe that explains some of my fascination with the genre. BTW, why is every other post on this thread deleted? It's annoying!

I thought there was nudity in Grindhouse... in that fake preview for the Werewolf Women of The S.S.
But yeah, the main chick in Slither really needed to strip down.
I thought it was great that there was no gratuitous nudity. Just goes to show you that it's quite possible to make a horror movie with no boobs. Hah. Although I wouldn't have minded if it had been otherwise. :)

shareY'know there is a genre of film making called porn where the ratio of plot line to nakedness is EXACTLY reversed. Jeeze, just enjoy the film for what it is...a lot of gore.

I think the nudity was left out here to kick the violence up a notch while still keeping the rating. A quick boob flash wouldn't have hurt, though.

I just watched the movie for the first time today. Slither needed more nudity and more "daytime" scares.
No one here gets out alive.
This movie needed more MALE nudity. I'd love to see a random flash of a penis or some hot guy's butt. Oh yeah, that's what every movie is missing. This movie would definitely have been much better.

Nerrrr, I didn't think it needed more boobs. Was kinda refreshing that it was a good film and there wasn't. When she was in the shower i was thinking...tits, gonna be tits, tits, but then there was no tits. Sides there was an adolescent left nip.
It didnt need to be as gratuitous as the opening shark attack 4, if you want that, go watch that **sighs**
