Breaking Bad

Does anyone else think that this film might - or is it may? - have had a small influence on 'Breaking Bad'?

Michael Rooker's look is echoed by Bryan Cranston (after he shaves his head, obviously), Starla's a trophy wife, Skyler - similar name - is almost a trophy wife (certainly not the type of woman you'd expect Walter to be married to) . . .

and then there's the name Gunn (this is obviously a coincidence: I expect dozens of actresses auditioned for the part) . . .

This is not intended to be completely serious - it was just a thought.

yeah, I just saw Slither for the first time. My first thought was that Michael Rooker's character might've been a partial inspiration for Walter White, not only the clothes but also the sexual frustration.

I agree! Was watching it now and thought the same thing. Came here to see if anyone else thought the same thing!
