There are some really funny goofy lines that if you listen close enough crack you up. A lot of nastalgia comedy from previous horror films.
The one that cracks me up every time is when the older guy says "it looks like something that came off my prick in the war" LMFAO . That line gets me whenever I happen to stumble across and watch Slither.
It really was a funny yet dark horror film that did not take itself seriously in the slightest and kept all the viewers in on it. It certainly didn't try to get anything, but a few really funny "one liners", past the viewers.

For me, it's pretty much anything from the Mayor. He's just too funny, especially once their all in the squad car. Him freaking out about no Mr. Pibb, the line about the term, "Martian", and the, "if I wasn't about to sh!t myself, I'd be fascinated" line is hilarious.

Everything. This is one of my favorite films. I long for a sequel.
