I love the bit where the cop runs into the house where Grant is holding Starla and he meets the mayor just inside the door begging him to kill him so he does just that without a second thought .... LOL

From what I've seen of him so far, Nathan Fillion can sell any joke or line. The actors helped bring the comedy out in the film, it probably wouldn't have been the same with a different cast.

Nathan Fillion has the widest range of any actor today. He can do comedy, drama and Shakespeare without losing a step. He is absolutely amazing.

I also love how right after that scene with the grenade...it finally explodes in the pool, and the sheriff just makes this face that makes me giggle so hard.

Hehe, yeah. Did anyone have the words "That went well..." in his head when it happened?

I think it took longer. He got stabbed the main blob, but never swallowed a slug.
