I'm not sure how I feel about this one

I saw These Girls finally and you know what?I wasn't in love with it.I felt like DB was carrying the movie.,like he was the only seasoned actor there or something.I liked his character though and the storyline ,he must not be afraid of controversy ,I like that,he isn't afraid to do gritty characters,he isn't afraid to play the not so stand up good guy, which shows hes got range.the cheating pothead biker guy was great!A far cry from our beloved ANGEL and Seeley Booth.

As I have said a thousand times before all the others fall by the wasteside and are flashes in the pan .Boreanaz has talent, drive and will never be just a flavor of the week ,he's what mediocrity and psuedo actor/model bitch boys are afraid of.
I'm hoping the Hard Easy will rock, his movies unfortunately take so long to
come out.Hope he continues pushing the envelope.

well, I kind of expected it wouldn't create any sort of miracle from the storyline, it sounded very silly. when I saw this, sure I laughed, sure that actings are great all around (especially David), but the storyline is Just. So. Silly in that senseless way. the movie is just simply ridiculous I'm sorry to say. I did laugh but by the end of the movie I was just so tired from all the ridiculous sillyness. I would still say if you are a DB fan it's worth watching. I would definitely not recommand buying it (Both blockbuster and hollywood has it). Or if you like this kind of comedy it's worth watching... I guess.

I would just hope that David would do better movies in the future... but then I understand that the TV series if very time consuming. So I'm not saying I'm disappointed in him in doing this movie (I like it that he tries different things), just that I'm still hoping to see better movies with him being in it.

Have you watched it a second time? I watched it again and heard the commentaries and liked it more the second time around. I'm eager for his films 'Mr. Fix It' and "The Hard Easy' to come out as well.

What are some of the things they say in the commentary? I didn't watch it and I just brought it back to the video store and don't feel like renting it again.

I saw These Girls twice, once by myself and once I saw it with my mom, I just like doing things with her (especially since I'm not usually at home and she gets lonley-I'm an only child). Let's just say twice is more than enough. It's great seeing David, shirtless and all :P but yeah, not really a movie for me.

I want to see Mr. Fixit too, sounds like a film where he can show off his muti-personality talent :) The Hard Easy sounds cool too.

But what I find myself cannot wait is BONES SEASON TWO :P

In the commentary they mentioned that the pepto scene was DB's idea and that the wardrobe was actually DB's clothes, but some of the T-shirts had to be worn inside out because of the logos on the shirts. The actresses said how much fun DB was and what a gentleman he was. One of the actresses hoped that DB would be using his comedic talents in many more movies. All the actresses seemed to have had the chance to bond in making the film. The film was actually done when it was very cold out, so many of the outside scenes in the swimming suits and short sleeved blouses etc. were hard to do.

you know, I was wondering about the weather too, 'cause I know how cold Canada can be, yeah, thanks for the info Kismet!
