I thought it looked fake too. The skin looked a little rubbery to me. I'm sure the bump was a manufacturing flaw that the budget didn't allow to be fixed.

No, a real actress would be a lot more cost-effective than building a mannequin or something for that short scene.
Besides, according to the commentary (if you're strong enough to sit through it), every guy involved in the movie was on the set in the wee hours of the morning to watch that scene being shot. No mannequin in the world would get a turnout like that!
