Court Room Scenes

I watched part of the "making of" on the DVD the other day and there were several referenes to court room scenes (the crew is shown location scouting a court room, when filming the scene where Leslie gets up in the morgue the director is talking about how the scene will be shown on monitors in the court room). Of course, there are no court room scenes in the final cut of the movie so I was wondering if anyone knows how those scenes were supposed to fit into the movie? I looked quickly in the deleted scenes but I couldn't find any scenes set in a court room.

Yeah, I just saw this film the other day (brilliant, btw) and, in the Extras, I found it odd that they talk so much about this mysterious courtroom scene in the behind the scenes stuff, but then it's nowhere to be seen in the deleted scenes section.

I downloaded the screenplay that they provided to see if there's mention, but GOOD LORD! The original screenplay is almost a completely different film! It's not just the environmental stuff that's changed either, like they say in the BTS. There's no Taylor, no 3rd act at all for that matter, Leslie readily admits from the start that everything's fabricated, but conversely, he also implies that the supernatural is involved, and Mike, Freddy, and Jason all have multiple (!) cameos, playing poker and shooting hoops with Eugene.

And still, there's no mention of a courtroom scene.
