i really liked it!!

just watched this and it had me hooked from the beginning. i thought the leslie vernon character was likeable. i even liked the end as it was what you would expect from the slasher type film. it adds to the 'is there dark forces at work' effect. 7/10

I also gave it a 7/10. It's really good, though it kinda falls apart after it switches from documentary to movie; I can forgive that cause how else can you end it? You have to see it play out. It was a really funny, smart idea for a movie and it really worked for me. The guy who played Leslie was fantastic. I especially loved all the little references to other horror movies.

Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

Yeah, he made the movie for me.

His excitement at being a supernatural serial killer was awesome. All the joking around and giddiness for such a sick and twisted subject was hilarious. He's happily explaining all of his training and preparation for his killing spree.

I love how he sounded so nonchalant when he would explain his plans, "Well, if someone finds two horrifically mangled bodies, they'll run screaming from the house, I'll lose containment way too early..." Or when they talk about nailing the windows shut and Taylor asks him if they'd just smash the windows out and he says "You'd think so... but... you'd be surprised, no." The way he delivers those lines are just so perfect.

The "We got an Ahab!" scene was great as well.

I liked it too. I watched this, because it was a horror movie and my second favorite actor, Robert Englund, was in it (Olek Krupa is my most favorite actor). I rate this movie 10/10.

Volker Flenske: (While torturing David) I don't know why you're doing this to yourself!
