Definitely needs to be seen in 3D
This was shot in 3D, not post production popup book effects like most movies.

shareIt really shows... Also very well planned in terms of depth. This is the result of properly using parallax, aka the left/right camera separation, which should always be based on the camera's distance from the subject. This is true except in extreme circumstances like subjects that are miles away.... but it CAN still be done in that situation, with left/right cameras that are very distant from each other, it might just get a bit surreal to be seeing a mountain as if it's a mound of rocks ten feet away.
Might be the best 3D I've seen... Definitely the most consistently focused and natural-looking, meaning my eyes were not having to shift to different depths from one scene to the next (this is still the result of proper parallax usage).
exactly! I loved when they went up high to look at the view and she looks down. It was a great sense of depth. And then the bad guys harpoon hands. Something you have to see in 3D to appreciate.
sharei agree
shareWow, real 3D, not this post production trash which MCU became infamous for? Cant wait for the Blu Ray 3D release!!!
