With the arrival of the new doctor I thought it would be time to rank the Doctors by their looks.
Lets go with top 1.

Purely based on looks, I'd have to go with Paul McGann. His hair and costume were a bit goofy in his movie, but in the Night of the Doctor short he looked great.

Although Eccleston is more the kind of man I like in real life, Tennant's personality puts him over the top.
