The Doctor will never miss a pretty face again. ;)
Soon after coming over all woozy seeing Bill and Clara again, the Doctor regenerates into a female form. Every time he looks in the mirror he'll see a fresh faced woman staring back. It was a good decision, s/he thinks, to try at least one more regeneration. :)
