At the end of the movie, Stifler brings the band to surprise Elyse. She bursts out and says, "it's not enough that you had to humiliate me at Band Camp, now you set me up here?" and then moments later she thanks the band and Ernie says, "thank him, it was his idea" and she asks Matt, "you planned all this?" She just said "now you set me up here?!" why did she forget that he planned it all?

She initially thought the "setup" was to get her to go down to that office on a pretense of a meeting with something that wasn't scheduled, just so he could show up and humiliate her when she got kicked out. She was upset about that. A moment later it was revealed that he brought the band with him to demonstrate her musical skills and actually do her a huge favor. She was pleasantly surprised that he could and would arrange all that.
