For Toy Story 4...

It needs to be about Bonnie and her family going on a vacation and the toys are accidently left at home and must find their way to the place where Bonnie and her family are vacationing at. That story hasn't been done yet. The 1st film had the toys trapped at a mean kid's house who tortures toys, the 2nd film had Woody kidnapped by a greedy toy collector, and the 3rd film had them dumped at a local daycare center ran by a corrupt purple teddy bear, so why not a full fledged road trip adventure this time! I think it could really be pulled off well!

I feel every one of the Toy Story movies deal with the toys traveling to get back to their owner. The difference with your idea is that they are trying to get back to Bonnie, a new owner.
Toy Story 1, at the end Woody and Buzz are trying to get back to Andy. Toy Story 2, Woody and the rest must travel back to get to Andy (though in the end), however, it is a kidnapping plot here. Toy Story 3, the gang must get back to Andy. They all have their unique themes. The first one dealt with jealousy, the second, dealt with the fear of Andy growing up, the third, what happens now that Andy is grown up and knowing when to let go. Is there a theme to your Bonnie one? I can't think of another theme Pixar could do with a 4th.
If you want a heads up on an interesting sequel to fit into the franchise, read "Toy Size" on fanfiction.net. Takes place before the third one, if you like fanfiction. :)

Sounds like a fanfiction in the making.

Why would the toys want to look for Bonnie when she will be returning home after a couple of weeks? They didn't do that when Andy was going to Cowboy camp. A better story would be that Bonnie takes them on vacation with her but leaves them there accidentally. The toys need to find their way back home

I think the road trip adventures has been done to death in the series.

How about this. Andy's dad finally comes into play and sees bonnie playing with woody outside and he must do everything he can to steal woody. Yup he is the villain..
