The Most Irritating Thing About Toy Story Trilogy

The toys keep losing parts and getting messed up so instead of watching them as they are, we have to watch them with body parts missing! For example, Woody loses his arm in Toy Story 2 and his hat in Toy Story 3. Mr. Potato Head is missing his mustache in Toy Story 2 and Mrs. Potato Head is missing her eye in Toy Story 3. I know some of these things are simply part of the storyline, but it's irritating! Anyone else feel the same way I do? The trilogy is still amazing, but just thought I'd point that out. :)

But they're supposed to lose parts, they're toys! Kids always lose pieces to their toys over time , it's, like the guy above me said, realistic.

Yeah, lol, Woody losing his arm got on my nerves.

I guess we're a bit OCD or something....

Didn't mind Mr Potato's 'shaved' mustache. After all, most of us shave our mustaches.

Life is like a beautiful melody, only the lyrics are messed up.

Besides, Woody has a holster, and we never know what happened to his sidearm. :P

I felt bad when the toys got broken. I guess they don't feel pain, but still. It would suck to lose your arm, or be shelved because your squeaker doesn't work.

This kind of bugged me as well (especially Mrs. Potato Head's missing eye) but what got to me the most was Buzz spending Toy Story 2 and 3 with his helmet off. I know it made him feel more comfortable, informal, and a part of the group (and separated him from the other Buzzes where necessary) but it was like watching Iron Man or Spider-Man without the mask.

Mrs. Potato head losing her eye bugged the crap out of me but they're never lost forever. And besides, since they really need the parts, they're looking for them a lot harder than a five year old would if he lost their parts.
