Google "remote viewing". Although not exactly the same thing, it is fascinating and, has been used by governments.

reply

yea and studies show that remote viewing is no more accurate than flipping a coin and letting it fall onto a map

reply

Governments have explored the possibility of it... Not USED it as a proven ability. Get your FACTS right and stop listening to conspiracy crap.

I joined the Navy to see the world, only to discover the world is 2/3 water!

There's not. Yet. Let me check a couple minutes in the future...nope, still not.

When i read this kind of stuff, i'm suddenly not surprised a majority of people believe either in: God, Karma, ghosts, aliens, reptilian humans, psychics, fortunetellers, vampires, werewolves, leprechauns and Santa.

Use your reason, critical thinking skills and common sense dude... Please -_-'

People who don't like their beliefs being laughed at shouldn't have such funny beliefs

I thought his ability was similar to the deja-vu that many people experience sometimes.. Occasionally I've had a feeling of deja-vu, like I've done something before even though I haven't, and a few times I've had a strong feeling of what is about to happen in the next moment. This movie reminded me of that, and perhaps his ability was just a stronger version of that.
