Not the Worst Zombie Film Ever Made... but certainly in the top 10! *sp*

Well it's not the worst zombie film ever. I could probably name at least a half dozen off the top of my head that were worse, including the first HotD. For instance, go see Children of the Dead, and I'm sure you'll see what I mean.

Not that this movie was even close to being good, but the zombie effects were passable, and it had some good actors in it, even if the dialog was ridiculous. I agree that the characters and the situations they get into are ludicrous. There are quite a few glaring continuity mistakes and one has to really suspend some serious disbelief to watch this film all the the way through.

Aside from the obvious dumbassery of what are supposed to be "Special Forces" and some members of an elite anti-zombie squad, one thing really stuck out to me. When Ellis loses the zero zombie blood sample, why in the holy hell do they have to go all the way back to the freaking research lab to get another sample from the original zombie?! I've watched back through that part of the movie where he loses it, and nothing happens to the test tube that the blood was in, it's just sitting there in the road! They could have just backed the hell up and picked it up off the ground and gotten the hell out of Dodge! Is anyone really THAT stupid?! LOL!

Anyhow, not the worst, but definitely in the top 10 or so just for the stupid victim factor...
